Standard terms are Net 30 days, with approved credit. Payments with credit cards will be available only at the time of purchase. Payment of open balances on a credit account with credit cards is not allowed. For credit card customers, any orders exceeding $5000 cannot be processed with a credit card. These transactions must be paid with either a bank guaranteed (cashiers) check, direct ACH deposit, or wire transfer to our US account.
Shipping and Handling
Orders for in-stock products are shipped within 48 hours of the order, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Standard delivery can be expected between 1-5 business days, depending on the recipient's location. In the event that not all the products are in stock at the time an order is placed, we will ship in-stock product at the time of the order and back-ordered items will ship via ground once available, at no additional cost.
We will inform the customer if products are on back-order and must be shipped separately. All orders are shipped EXW, with product ownership passing onto the customer once the shipment leaves our facility. Large orders may be shipped via a common carrier and require the receiver to unload. It is the customer's responsibility to unload the goods, so please have the necessary equipment ready once the shipment reaches the destination. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed.
General Returns Policy
All returns (whether for product defect or otherwise) must be requested within 30 days of invoice and shall comply with Solarland USA's limited warranty policy below. Returned merchandise will ONLY be accepted with an issued Return-Authorization number and ONLY within 30 days of issuing of that Return-Authorization number. All Special-Order products, custom panels, non-stock items and direct factory deliveries are non-returnable once ordered. Returned items must be returned to Solarland USA with freight prepaid. All returns (except for returns involving a verified product defect) will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Solarland USA does not accept annual stock returns for unsold product.
Solarland USA warrants its modules and product's performance starting from the date of sale to the original purchase (whether it be directly to purchaser OR the customer (“Customer) doing the initial installation of the modules). This date is deemed “Warranty Start Date”.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the following terms and conditions: What Is Not This warranty does not extend to or cover:
Any defect due to the negligence of the user; failure to install, operate or maintain the product properly; unreasonable use; accidents; alteration of the product or parts; use of unauthorized or non-standardized parts; acts of God; theft; vandalism; electrical malfunctions (i.e., resulting from power surges, shorted or overloaded circuits, etc.), use of any power source other than supplied by the manufacture repair by anyone other than an authorized Solarland USA representative; or damage resulting from improper packing or mishandling by a shipper.
